Corporate Counsel, Litigation The candidate will play a key role in actively handling the Company's litigation, dispute resolution, compelled disclosure, eDiscovery, and patent licensing issues. Will actively handle and manage Company litigation, including patent, commercial, class action, and employment cases. Work directly and collaborate with outside counsel on litigation and pre-litigation matters. Help manage eDiscovery process, run document collections and legal holds, and work with counsel and the eDiscovery team to complete discovery. Be a resident expert on eDiscovery methods, rules, and requirements, as well as record management best practices. Help manage the subpoena response function within the Legal Department.

The candidate should have Undergraduate and law degrees. Must have 3-6 years combined experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department with deep experience in litigation, including taking and defending depositions, arguing in court, and taking cases to trial. Familiarity with patent litigation, including infringement and invalidity issues as well as USPTO proceedings is needed. Must have experience handling commercial and/or employment cases, including resolving issues prior to active litigation. Experience in all facets of eDiscovery, including legal holds, preservation, collections, and production is needed. Familiarity with the implementation of records management programs and collaborating with eDiscovery to build best practices is needed. Experience working with eDiscovery software is required.
