Employment Counsel

Employment Counsel The candidate will provide timely and effective U.S. and international employment law advice to key internal partners on a variety of issues, including those relating to recruiting; employee relations; employee privacy; mobility and immigration; contingent workforce; compensation; equity; and benefits. Develop, implement, and advise on employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures. Conduct internal investigations and audits. Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on global expansion. Work closely with outside counsel to manage administrative claims and litigation matters. Should have a J.D. from top-tier law school and membership in at least one state bar. Must have 4-6 years of employment law experience at a major law firm and/or fast-paced in-house legal department. Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and related state and local equivalents is required. Must have demonstrated experience providing counseling to HR and business leaders on a variety of employment law matters. International employment law experience is desired.
