Assistant Corporate Counsel The candidate will be working on a variety of matters for affiliated companies as well, involving transactional matters and casino gaming law. Should have 2-5 years of experience to work directly with the Chief Legal Officer. Should have transactional experience and a background in insurance compliance, employee benefits law, ERISA, and/or tax law. Should be a team-oriented person with a love of learning, great attention to detail, and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work.
