Corporate Compliance Attorney DUTIES: Perform a key role in our legal team by leading and executing general liability quality assurance projects. Work directly with internal stakeholders and external customer across multiple business units to contact customer's regarding quality assurance work, assisting in scheduling this work and documenting the completion of the work. Contact will be unique. Focus on managing this large project that will require strong problem solving, attention to detail, and effective communication. Get exposure to and assist as needed in reviewing, negotiating and executing contractual agreements and other legal issues. Report directly to the General Counsel.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school, bar admission and recently graduated or have 1-2 years of legal experience. Must be a strong problem solver who excels at task closure. Should be comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time and prioritizing these tasks. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and a fast learner will be essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment is desired. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with detail will be crucial. Great organizational skills, a strong desire to work on a team, and the desire to continuously learn will serve well in this role.
