Temporary Corporate Counsel Duties: Care for all company legal transactional documents, including due diligence checks, from client on-boarding to closing documents and escrow disbursements.
Qualifications: Doctorate degree required. Legal counsel experience of 5 years. Business legal experience is required with a preference of legal expertise in dealing with proxy, mandate, and commodities transactions. Must have contract law experience of 5+ years.
