Corporate Counsel - Real Estate and Global Sourcing The candidate will work in a variety of areas, supporting offices across the world, as well as corporate headquarters, handling matters such as: Warehouse and office leases; Build to suit development projects; Tenant/Landlord issues, such as SNDAs and Estoppels; Land Use and Zoning; Environmental issues; Purchase agreements; Capital procurement projects; Transportation agreement agreements with air and ocean carriers; SaaS agreements. A law degree and membership in good standing in at least one state bar (United States) and/or another jurisdiction's bar association is required. Conduct your legal practice, both written and verbal, in English. Professional level competency (both written and spoken) in another language is preferred but not required. Should have 5-10 years of legal experience as a real estate attorney, preferably with a majority of that experience with industrial leasing and some portion of that with construction law as well as purchase agreements. Experience in transportation or logistics industry is a plus. Must have 4 years at a large law firm; a mix of large law firm and in-house experience is best.
