Corporate Employment Counsel The candidate should have a J.D. degree and a Tennessee law license or pass the Tennessee Bar Examination and obtain a Tennessee law license required. Should have 2-8 years of employment law experience handling all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, including the following: Title VII and other EEO laws, FMLA, FLSA, Employment agreements, both individual and collective, Supervisory Training, Employee Benefits. Should have 2-8 years of legal experience, and preferably experience with health care facilities. Must have the ability to provide day-to-day employment advice to Company clients and any affiliated medical facilities including hospitals, physician groups, etc.
