Risk Management Attorney or Contracts Administrator Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and negotiate contracts and other corporate documents. Prepare, compose and maintain complex and sensitive documents, project and other various agreements. Conduct research, compile and arrange statistical reports. Assist with processing and tracking insurance policies and certificates. Organize and maintain legal, claims and insurance files and documents. Assist with the processing, management and resolution of various insurance and legal claims and litigation. Provide advice and assistance on various legal, risk management, insurance, contract and compliance issues. Assist with preparation and organization of corporate minutes, resolutions and other corporate records. Assist in evaluation of legal documents, preparation of discovery documents and coordination and tracking of the production of documents. Develop and implement training programs on risk management, contracts and compliance topics. Research and write memorandums on various legal, risk management, insurance, contract and compliance topics.
Qualifications: JD Degree or Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years as a Contracts Administrator. Passed the Bar exam in state residing or a Certified Contracts Manager. Experience negotiating and writing contracts, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry. Ability to work in a fast passed environment and with an attention to details. Excellent writing and communication skills.
