Commercial Real Estate Attorney The candidate will communicate/coordinate directly with the principles and attorneys of customers, which are almost exclusively large, institutional property owners, investors and lenders. Draft and review various real estate conveyance, security, release and ancillary documents for multi-state transactions. Review, and provide comments to, seller and borrower authority and governance documents. Review and comment on complex escrow and closing instructions for multi-state closings. Assist in the review and assembly of legal descriptions for deeds, mortgages and ancillary documents. Work with underwriters to determine appropriate title insurance endorsements and exceptions for various types of real estate transactions. Work with underwriters in the pricing of title insurance, including endorsements, and obtaining over the limit insured amount authorizations. Assist in reviewing closing statements. Perform numerous related tasks.

the candidate should have a J.D. degree. Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or another state is required. Should have 2+ years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney at a law firm. Multi-state experience is preferred. Should be detail-oriented and professional. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
