Associate Corporate Counsel, Amazon Advertising The candidate will partner with business clients to launch new advertising initiatives. Counsel on regulatory matters. Structure, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, ranging from standard commercial contracts to strategic deals. Provide day-to-day advice and counseling. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one State Bar. Should have 2+ years of legal experience (with at least two years at a law firm) as a transactional attorney. In-house experience is a plus. Should preferably have regulatory experience, ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations, excellent communication, organizational, analytical and computer skills.
