Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will be drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex agreements related to wireless products and accessories, wireless infrastructure, and software development. Typical agreements include master products and services agreements, statements of work, software licenses, telecommunications agreements, data center and collocation agreements. Counseling wireless group on various legal issues. Working closely with executives to accomplish goals and strategic objectives. Assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top third. Should have 2-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial agreements. Should have passion for collaborative problem-solving. Should be admitted to practice law in at least one state. Should have excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills, energy, resourcefulness, and a demonstrated desire to achieve.
