Employment and Litigation Counsel Responsibilities: Advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, leaves of absence, immigration, workplace investigations, and terminations. Support revenue teams by negotiating commercial contracts. Assure compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws and advise on new laws, regulations, and decisions affecting the Company. Draft and review employment, noncompete, and separation agreements, policies, handbooks, and code of conduct. Develop and conduct training and education programs for employees and managers. Assist with other strategic legal and business matters as needed.
Qualifications: J.D. Degree from an ABA-accredited Law School. 5-7 of years legal experience, prior in-house experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and act decisively. Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible. Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner. Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
