Corporate Counsel - Commercial The candidate will draft and negotiate technology transactions. Will provide strategic, hands-on advice and guidance on complex issues that arise at the intersection of technology, law, and business. Support lines of business to enable profitable growth while mitigating legal risks and assuring adherence to governance policies, ethics and country-specific laws and regulations.
The candidate should have a J.D. degree (or equivalent international degree) with an active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction. Must have 3-5 years of legal experience. A diverse background in technology law, with experience in cloud computing and data privacy and security, is required. Commercial negotiating and contract drafting experience is needed.
