Corporate Counsel The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state Bar. Must have 3-5 years experience in corporate, real estate, and/or commercial law, including reviewing and drafting complex commercial contracts and providing legal advice to business executives; 3-5 years experience with a medium to large size law firm or working in a counsel position with a large multinational organization is preferred.
