Real Estate Attorney The candidate will review and negotiate retail leases and lease-related documents. Track and report the progress of all leases and lease-related documents. Research and summarize legal issues for real estate and construction teams. Should have a Juris Doctor and law license. Should have 5+ years of experience negotiating retail leases, in-house or as outside counsel; general corporate legal experience a plus. Strong Microsoft Office Skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Ability to work well with others. Ability to establish productive relationships with internal and external partners.
