Corporate Counsel Duties: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership, support complex transactions, and find and develop innovative solutions that enable us to scale legal support to our growing client base. Formulation and implementation of process-oriented improvements, administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling of pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
Qualifications: J.D. degree and membership in one state Bar. 5+ years of legal experience. Transactional experience. Preferred Qualifications: A background in health care law or enterprise sales. In-house experience at a technology company. Inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
