Corporate Counsel The candidate should have 3-5 years of law firm or corporate legal department experience with a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters. Strong business acumen to draft and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors. Provide legal advice relating to the implementation of new products and services. Work collaboratively as part of the global team; and provide regulatory and compliance support. Confident, resourceful and motivated lawyer with very strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills. Exposure or experience with software licensing, technology outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, data privacy and product compliance would be considered an asset. Must have a law degree from an accredited institution and an active license to practice law in at least one state. Familiarity with legal operations concepts and tools, including Salesforce. Experience with banking and financial technology, such as core, digital banking and payments services.
