Real Estate Staff Attorney Duties: Coordinate and conduct due diligence of US real estate and entities in connection with acquisitions, sales, and financings (including reviewing lease documentation). Review title and survey documents and zoning reports, prepare summary reports and work with the title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants to finalize. Prepare and file entity formation documents and review entity search reports. Manage, coordinate and oversee pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities. Drafting, reviewing, and revising various real estate documents (including resolutions, mortgage documents, and purchase and sale agreement closing documents).
Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of experience in a commercial real estate transactions environment. Should have JD from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
