Labor & Employment Counsel Candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for advice and support on a variety of traditional labor and employment matters. Will play an integral role in helping to build the infrastructure necessary to support a remote-first, growing and dynamic global workforce. Will partner with the People and Operations teams to provide legal advice across a wide range of multi-state and global issues including employee relations, wage and hour issues, restructurings, workplace investigations, employee litigation, HR policy creation and implementation, restrictive covenant matters, M&A, and employee discipline.
The candidate will have experience across a range of labor and employment issues and a pro-active, pragmatic, and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external counsel to effectively and efficiently address issues.
