Associate Corporate Attorney

Associate Corporate Attorney The candidate's duties include: Review, draft, negotiate, analyze and revise various contracts including service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements; Deal with complex matters that cut across legal and business areas; Work with the business units and other functions to manage different projects and execute new initiatives; Support public company securities work; Assist with corporate disclosures and regulatory filings and investigations; Alert project managers to potential risks and issue importance; Identify and implement best practices to ensure high quality, transaction documentation in a timely and appropriate manner; Respond to requests for legal input related to requests for proposal and due diligence requests from clients; Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations; Support Mergers & Acquisition work and supervise outside counsel as required. Certificate of state bar required. Must be licensed in the state of Ohio. Should have 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney preferred Ability to exercise discretion and good judgement in making decisions; Should have proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet computer software applications. Should have strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
