Immigration Attorney-Bilingual (Spanish/English) The candidate should be admitted to practice. Excellent writing skills. Should have 2 years of experience managing an Immigration Court docket; preparing for and appearing at individual hearings for asylum and cancellation of removal cases; writing legal memoranda/ appeals/ responses to RFE's; appearing at AOS and Natz interviews/ Submitting AOS packages/ I-601/601A waivers. Experience with NIV, religious workers, and Perm cases is a plus.
