Corporate Counsel - Commercial Contracts The candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including distribution, e-commerce, licensing, strategic sourcing, value analysis and value engineering, vendor-managed inventory, and various sales and services agreements. Be a principal advisor to sales and procurement professionals on a broad range of commercial contracting issues involving domestic and international customers, dealers, distributors, and vendors. Support process improvement techniques and the implementation of those techniques to build on the company's institutional knowledge. Evaluate potential dealers and distributors in accordance with the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance program. Support cross-functional project teams to meet business objectives. Foster trust with business partners by anticipating and communicating shifting demands and opportunities. Plan, organize and carry out multiple related activities while responding quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Should have 2+ years of experience, experience drafting and reviewing contractual agreements preferred. Microsoft Office and Team Connect experience required. Admission to a State Bar. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
