Senior Attorney, Principal Finance Duties: Be a trusted senior counsel to a dynamic and growing business, advising on complex deal structuring and portfolio management. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating key legal documentation for leveraged finance transactions, growth equity, real estate, and M&A transactions. Drive and support deal execution. Conduct due diligence and market surveys on targeted legal and regulatory matters. Oversee and manage processing of confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements, certificates, and other ancillary documents. Provide legal support on the management of a robust loan, equity, and real estate portfolio.

Qualifications: Be a qualified lawyer in good standing in one or more jurisdictions. Have minimum post-admission experience of 6+ years with the majority spent at a leading law firm. In-house experience, particularly within credit or distressed debt funds, would also be beneficial, but not a pre-requisite. Have an in-depth working knowledge and significant expertise in leveraged finance. In addition, experience in any of the following would be beneficial: restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, litigation, debt trading, and/or real estate. Be able to collaborate effectively in a team as well as work well independently. Have strong technical legal skills and demonstrate an ability to exercise practical, commercial judgment. Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work under tight time constraints. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
