Corporate Counsel - Wireless Regulatory Policy & Compliance Duties: Exemplify energy, intelligence, and a need for achievement. Monitoring FCC rulemaking proceedings and other matters. Drafting executive summaries for company leadership. Drafting filings for submission at the FCC or other agencies. Facilitating the company's compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including analytical legal research as requested. Reviewing and revising business documents. Working with our business teams and stakeholders as needed to accomplish company goals. Managing projects assigned, executing plans and improving legal processes and procedures. Generally supporting an executive team and assisting with other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney with a JD Degree from an accredited law school. Law school class rank in the top 30%. Possess substantial experience with federal or state wireless regulation in topics such as: Spectrum policy and licensing, spectrum auctions, wireless roaming, privacy regulation and lawful access to communications and other data, emergency 911 service, wireless emergency alerting, hearing-aid compatibility, network outage reporting, numbering/porting, wireless tower siting, and/or the Universal Service Fund. Preferred experience would include advocacy before the Federal Communications Commission, including drafting applications, petitions, and/or comments for filing. Detail-oriented, demonstrably excellent writing, superb oral presentation and organization skills, and the ability to flexibly manage multiple simultaneous assignments in a faced-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to work independently based on general guidance. Dedication to contributing as a positive team player.
