Commercial Real Estate Junior Attorney The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate Leases and related legal documentation such as letters, modifications, terminations, estoppels, SNDAs, and subleases for new and existing stores and corporate offices. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts to support business operations including construction contracts. Thoughtfully review and interpret leases and other contracts in order to counsel business partners in real estate, retail, construction, operations, facilities, and accounting in real estate operations. Assist with management and resolution of disputes with landlords including store operations. 2 - 4 years as an attorney in transactional commercial real estate practice, specifically with experience in sophisticated commercial leasing required. Candidates from firms and in-house legal departments will be considered. J.D. with excellent law school credentials required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Ability and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment required. Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required. The candidate should have 2 - 4 years of experience to join our dynamic Real Estate Team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day real estate operations, with a focus on managing the Company's existing real estate portfolio and acting as counsel with additional business partners.
