Remote Transactional/Contracts ISDA Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years + experience to negotiate ISDA, CSA or other financial documents with counterparties using set templates and negotiation playbooks. Has the required experience/ability to negotiate with counterparty on bespoke documentation. Support a wide range of counterparties including banks, mutual, pension and hedge funds, corporates and insurance companies. Extensive contact with clients and their lawyers (including occasional conference calls and meetings). Liaison with the bank's business, credit officers, and legal department and external counsel. LIBOR experience required. JD Preferred.
