Litigation Counsel The candidate will be partnering with the Senior Director, Litigation on all aspects of company's litigation. Will be working closely with the rest of the team to manage litigation and pre-litigation activities and responses. Focus on non-IP civil litigation, including securities, competition, and contract litigation. Should have J.D. degree and license to practice law in California, along with at least 2 years of experience in U.S. federal litigation and 5+ years of overall litigation experience. Must have strong written advocacy skills. Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred. Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus.
