Corporate Counsel Duties: Structuring, drafting, and negotiation of technology services contracts with clients, namely financial institutions, retailers and fin tech companies (e.g., master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, statements of work, and consulting services agreements). Day to day advising and support for company's sales, value added services and product development teams. Handles other general corporate work as necessary.

Requirements: 7+ years relevant experience in legal practice at a high-quality law firm, in-house legal position or both; member in good standing of at least one state bar; law degree from a top-tier law school. Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating moderate to complex technology, payment services and/or financial services transactions with clients. Experience analyzing, reviewing and researching legal documents to ensure consistency with company policies and/or procedures with respect to risks, and commercial and legal soundness. Knowledge of laws and regulations generally applicable to payment or financial services providers. Knowledge of and experience with privacy and/or data protection regulations. Experience advising corporate clients. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Desired Skills. Experience drafting and negotiating customer agreements for/against large financial institutions. Experience in the payments or financial services industries. Experience with information security standards and data privacy regulations.
