Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of licensing, software as a service, data privacy, confidentiality, and professional services agreements. Responsible for managing commercial transactions for revenue teams based in the central and western U.S.. Negotiate key strategic customer and vendor deals. Support go-to-market strategy and documentation for new product lines. Focus on continuous improvement to streamline negotiations and improve legal team functions. Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications: JD Degree, and admitted to the bar in which position is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status). 4+ years of experience in commercial negotiations, preferably in SaaS. Preferred Qualifications: Customer-focused, business mindset. Strong knowledge of key legal concepts and levers in negotiations. Ability to balance multiple competing priorities. Skills to build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders. Strong written and oral communication skills. Adaptability, flexibility and creative approach to problem-solving.
