Corporate Capital Markets (Funding), Senior Manager, Senior Counsel Responsibilities: Supporting the execution of a wide range of capital markets transactions, including asset-backed securities offerings and unsecured debt and equity offerings, and managing and executing other capital markets functions, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on share repurchase agreements, redemptions, and other related business agreements. Counseling and advising client groups, including providing strategic legal advice on complex and novel issues, and providing day-to-day advice on the impact of changes in laws, regulations, and guidance on existing agreements. Collaborating with business partners to maintain securitization and unsecured funding platforms. Implementing and monitoring repeatable, controlled processes for capital markets transactions, including supervising process-oriented work of other legal professionals. When necessary, manage and coordinate outside counsel.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. An active member in good standing of at least one state Bar. Should have 4 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination with a focus on capital markets funding matters, including related regulatory, disclosure, and compliance advice Preferred Qualifications: Must have 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department providing advice and counsel across a broad range of secured and unsecured debt and equity offerings in the financial services industry. Expertise in Regulation AB and other laws and regulations applicable to asset-backed securities.
