Corporate Counsel The candidate will be negotiating, reviewing, and drafting complex commercial contracts. Acting as a trusted legal advisor as part of our efforts to establish, evaluate, and expand business relationships. Performing other transactional and legal duties as needed, including supporting growth objectives. Providing business teams with day-to-day legal perspective and guidance including inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Proactively spotting legal issues and identifying creative solutions. Should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and member of the bar of a U.S. jurisdiction. Should have 2+ years corporate or transactional/M&A experience working at a law firm or in-house legal department.
