Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Own corporate governance efforts Manage online compliance training program and processes related to Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, and other policies, for 2500+ employees worldwide. Support various compliance initiatives. Support on cross-function projects that include financial matters and mergers and acquisitions activity. Manage global expansion and subsidiary management activities for all domestic and international subsidiaries. Provide legal support for real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating leases, subleases, and broker agreements. Support Transactions Team with know-your-customer and compliance related inquiries Support on employment related matters Create scalable processes, FAQs and self-service tools on behalf of the Legal Team Assist with ad hoc and special projects, as requested.

Qualifications: Membership of the State Bar where reside(in good standing), or if are in California and not a member of the California Bar, eligibility and commitment to register as California Registered In-House Counsel. 2 years of directly relevant experience. Demonstrated experience handling a range of legal matters. Preferred Qualifications: Experience preferably including time both at a top law firm and in-house legal experience with a software or SaaS company. Exceptionally strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects in a busy work environment, while being a critical (and often autonomous) go-to partner for fellow peers in the company and legal department. High level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow. A practical, business-oriented approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into simple, actionable recommendations. Confirmed ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization while building strong internal relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
