Lead Counsel I, Antitrust Compliance Duties: Leading the continued development and implementation of the Company's Global Antitrust Compliance Program for the businesses within the US. Providing day-to-day antitrust counseling to legal and business colleagues across the company. Actively participating as a member of the global team of antitrust subject matter experts. Staying apprised of relevant legal, policy and judicial developments in order to identify emerging or changing risks, and translating those developments into meaningful learnings for the compliance program and other internal stakeholders. Engaging with regulators and partnering with the Company's Government Affairs and Public Policy team to help develop the company's policy and strategy for antitrust and competition matters.

Minimum Qualifications: Law Degree from an Accredited Law School. License to practice law in at least one state. 6+ years of experience in law. 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience working as an Antitrust subject matter expert in compliance and counseling matters. Experience in working at the DOJ, FTC, a State AG Office, or a multinational company. Experience in consumer retail, e-commerce and/or consumer product environments. Ability to partner with and influence business leaders.
