Litigation Attorney The candidate will work closely with the lawyers and paralegals in TJX's Legal Department, as well as with external counsel, to handle a variety of topics which may include: Third-party subpoena responses, Vendor payment matters, including liens and disputes, State and local regulatory matters relating to the products we sell and our operations, and Other litigation and compliance topics, as the need arises. Should have a JD and 3 years of litigation experience. Strong academic credentials. Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and efficiently, with an eye toward prioritization, attention to detail and follow-up. Experience providing legal advice that is practical as well as legally sound. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of business stakeholders.
