Senior Corporate Counsel, Channel Partner

Senior Corporate Counsel, Channel Partner Duties: The candidate will primarily support the business unit, as well as other business units as needed, with responsibility for supporting the Channel Partner team globally. Support direct sales team in documenting software license and services agreement.

Qualifications: A J.D. from an accredited Law school. Membership in a State Bar. Should have 7+ years of legal experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a corporate legal department preferred. Experience in an established software company in the technology sector would be particularly valuable. Extensive experience working with partner contracts and channel partner transactions, preferably from working for a reseller, distributor, system integrator, or vendor that worked with various partner types. Strong experience with software licensing, software-as-a-service, and services agreements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable integrity, good judgment, flexibility, and pragmatic. Creative problem solver, collaborative possesses sound business judgment, is detail-oriented, and is a self-starter. Ability to work with the sales and engineering teams in high growth, fast-paced environment
