Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate should have JD (or foreign equivalent) and admit to at least 1 state bar (or in good standing in a foreign bar); 2+ years of transactional practice experience. Business fluent Spanish language skills (speaking and writing, including negotiating and agreement drafting). Background in web services/cloud computing, software licensing, or telecommunications is a plus. Should have experience in a private practice technology group or in-house experience at a technology company; familiarity with IT/technology transactions.
