Corporate Counsel The candidate's responsibilities include: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements including master service agreements, vendor agreements (including SaaS agreements), nondisclosure agreements, and commercial leases. Provide legal advice regarding contracts, advertising/marketing law, and data privacy. Work closely with stakeholders in responding to legal issues as they may arise. Research and remain informed regarding laws related to marketing and advertising including data privacy laws. Education and experience: JD from an ABA accredited law school; Admission to the State Bar; Should have 4+ years of commercial contracting experience in a law firm or corporate environment; Preferred experience in digital advertising and privacy.
