Lead Counsel, Global Commercial Contracts The candidate will provide legal support for structuring, reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad array of complex commercial agreements. Provide business teams with legal guidance on the terms of the engagement. Assist with a variety of other corporate and transactional matters as needed. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and 7+ years of related experience. Admission to CT Bar or Authorized In-House Counsel is required. Excellent contract drafting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Adept at multi-tasking. Ability to manage a high-volume project workload. Comfortable with ambiguity. Able to easily shift priorities to accommodate client priorities and deadlines.
