Associate Corporate Counsel, U.S. Consumables Duties: The candidate will provide legal counsel and contract and regulatory interpretation and guidance for senior executives and other business and legal team members on a variety of issues supporting Retail business, including regulatory, operational, compliance, and public policy matters arising from products sold in Baby, Beauty, and shelf-stable Grocery businesses.

Required Qualifications: A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one State Bar is required and 3+ years of legal experience (with at least two years at a law firm). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on regulatory matters with state and federal agencies such as the Food & Drug Administration, Consumer Products Safety Commission, and Environmental Protection Agency. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A strong background in regulations relating to the sale of juvenile products and consumables products such as vitamins & supplements and beauty products is a plus.
