Litigation Attorney The candidate assists with litigation docket, including collection matters, commercial cases and Medicaid appeals. Appear in Court for motions, conferences, arbitrations, trials, handling depositions, etc. Should have 2-5 years of litigation experience, including the preparation of all pleadings, discovery and motions and the handling of depositions, inquests, hearings, etc. Must be a member of NYS Bar in good standing. Prior Court experience is required. Knowledge of health care law and Medicaid regulations will be preferred. We are EOE
