Associate Director, Litigation and Investigations Attorney The candidate will be managing a litigation portfolio comprised initially of labor and employment litigation and eventually assist with the management of a mix of commercial and product liability litigation. Should have JD degree. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in investigations and/or labor and employment litigation in a government, law firm, or corporate setting. Experience with witness interviews and/or depositions. Experience working in or representing clients in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus. Experience managing a significant workload, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Superior ability to analyze complex legal, and business issues. Outstanding writing and communication skills. Teamwork-oriented attitude.
