Associate Counsel (Contracts/Transactional Focus) The candiadte will pprovide day-to-day legal support for the Company including provision of legal advice to various business areas, document drafting, and issue resolution. Performs other related duties as assigned. Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited and well-respected law school; preferably a U.S. News Top 50 law school. Must have Admitted and in good standing with a state bar and eligible for authorized in-house counsel designation if necessary. Must have experience of either of the NDA s; MSA s; SOW s; BAA s; Provider Agreements; Corporate Structures; and Equity/Debt Transaction documents. Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented, with high adaptability to a fast-paced possibly evolving environment. Must be able to balance the appropriate amount of risk and help business partners grow the organization.
