Legal The candidate should have Licensed to practice law in the state of residence. CIPP certification is preferred. JD from an accredited law school and license to practice law. Must have 5 years of experience as an attorney counseling health care clients on data privacy matters is required. Should have strong project management and organizational skills, sound business judgment, and a demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve legal issues quickly and effectively.
