Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate' must have 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a newly admitted attorney to gain experience in business, employment and finance Litigation. Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to sift through complicated legal and business issues and communicate only the important aspects in a clear and concise manner at all levels. Reviews and assists in negotiating and drafting contracts other corporate transactions. Effectively acquire, assemble and manage legal documents and files responsive to time-sensitive inquiries/pleadings; Draft complex legal documentation including, but not limited to summaries of significant regulatory developments, legislative history, and case law research. Should have knowledge of state laws and regulations relevant to the operation of an insurance company. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
