In-House Litigation Attorney The candidate will serve as lead and co-trial counsel before state and federal courts and in arbitrations. Manage a high-volume, national caseload, which will include management of outside litigation and law firms. Advise and consult with management, sales professionals, and across departments to provide guidance and counsel for the Company's commercial brokerage and capital markets platforms. Manage, draft, and review various types of real estate, vendor, employment, and association agreements. A Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school is required. Should have 7+ years of experience, including law firm and/or in-house litigation experience. A Member of the California Bar is required. Strong written and oral advocacy skills are essential. Should have the ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment concerning confidential information. Must have the ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong desire to consistently perform at high levels and achieve the best.
