Corporate Purchasing Counsel RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as primary lawyer for Purchasing function in North America. Independently manage complex negotiations regarding a broad spectrum of matters. Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial agreements. Assist with additional tasks and projects as required, including commercial excellence initiatives, sustainable purchasing, and other significant business transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: J.D. degree and membership in good standing in at least one State Bar. Should have 5+ years of law practice, either in-house or at a reputable law firm. Broad and consistent experience drafting and negotiating a variety of business agreements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to independently manage a large number and variety of mission-critical projects.
