Assistant General Counsel - Privacy The candidate should have 10+ years of experience practicing privacy and data protection law in-house or at a top firm. Deep knowledge of privacy laws and regulations including CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, FTC Act/Section 5, GLBA, FCRA, biometric privacy laws and others. Proven ability to translate complex legal requirements into forward-looking policies, frameworks and guidelines. Thought leadership, interpersonal skills and a desire to drive responsible innovation. Commitment to diversity, self-awareness, empathy and intellectual curiosity. A JD and membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar. Engineering or technology background a plus.
