Corporate Attorney Duties: Negotiate, review, and draft commercial contracts. Registration and licensing. Provide strategic legal advice to management teams. Registration and licensing matters. Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks within strategic business decisions. Handle high volume and quick turn-around of commercial contracts for stakeholders. Responsible for obtaining, and maintaining licensure and any other business requirements needed to provide legal services.
Qualifications: Licensed attorney with 0-3 years of legal experience. A proven law firm or house legal transactional experience is preferred. In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations. Excellent judgment and analytical skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives. Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks. Application Deadline: October 5, 2022
