Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will be providing ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, digital media, privacy, and regulatory compliance, and structuring, drafting and negotiating complicated technology, distribution, licensing, marketing and other commercial agreements. Should have a J.D. degree and membership in one state bar. Must have 2+ years of legal experience. A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience is a plus. Prior product counseling, privacy, and/or transactional experience is a plus.
