Legal Counsel - Real Estate The candidate will provide counsel and transaction support for the company's global real estate portfolio, including leasing, acquiring, and developing retail stores, campuses, offices, data centers, and other specialized facilities. Will participate in strategic discussions on how to best satisfy the company's business requirements. Work on a wide range of matters across the globe in a fast-paced environment and develop a broad skill set. Should have a J.D. degree or equivalent, excellent academic credentials, and admission to at least one US State Bar. Must have 3-7 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and development services. Experience with international transactions, land use, affordable housing, and EHS matters is desirable. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
